By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to receive text messages from Virginia Property Alliance, you agree to these SMS Terms.

By checking the SMS consent box on our website or otherwise providing your express consent, you authorize Virginia Property Alliance and, when applicable, an independent contractor serving your area to send text messages regarding:

  • Appointment scheduling

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Appointment reminders

  • Responses to inquiries you initiate

  • Follow-up regarding your inspection request

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Virginia Property Alliance and the status of your inspection request.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier's plan.

Virginia Property Alliance is not responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred through your mobile carrier.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying:

UNSUBSCRIBE

to any message you receive from us.

Once your opt-out request is received, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Virginia Property Alliance except for any messages necessary to confirm your opt-out request or as otherwise permitted by law.

For Virginia residents, Virginia Property Alliance complies with the Virginia Telephone Privacy Protection Act.
